It’s results time!
What we’ve learned – and what we are doing about it
Thank you to all of you who completed our Fans Survey. Your answers – and there were a lot of them! – have provided us with a vast and valuable variety of insights into what you think about, and want from, your Trust and your football club. It’s been a major task to analyse all the data, but now we’re ready to start sharing the results.
So here goes with a few ‘tasters’ – there’s plenty more to come!
A Strategy for the Trust
One of the key roles of the Survey was to help the Trust committee develop and shape a strategy, informed by your input, for all of our future activities. This strategy is built on four key elements:
- Protecting and supporting the Club
- Engaging and recruiting fans
- Professionalising the Trust
- Actively representing the voice of the fans
We’re already putting this strategy into action – and leading the way in demanding a Fairer Future for Football.
You can read more about this in:

Being chosen to present to Tracey Crouch and her committee for the Review of Football Governance -along with just two other Championship clubs – wasn’t just an honour for the Trust. It also demonstrated how we are putting this strategy into action. Read our presentation and written submission.
