Nathan Jones’ first signing after taking the job, he made 46 appearances, scoring three times, as he captained Town to promotion, finishing second in the table to reach League One.
Player of the Year 2016 – 2017: Danny Hylton
After joining from Oxford, he quickly became a huge favourite for Town fans, and bagged 27 goals in 47 matches, although Luton suffered disappointment with a last-minute defeat to Blackpool in the play-off semi-final.
