It is Mental Health week and on Monday, Luton Town Supporters’ Trust were invited to Houstone school in Houghton Regis.

Mark Crowther, The Trust Charity and Community Officer, who also runs Talking Hatters, spoke to some pupils, educating, informing and offering encouragement about Mental Health and the importance of sharing feelings and emotions in difficult times, whatever the age.

Mark also explained the help and support that is available including how to join Talking Hatters
“The pupils enjoyed looking at the Luton Town memorabilia I brought in on Monday, and the sessions in the break-out area were popular with the pupils. ” says Mark “I am passionate about promoting good mental health and raising awareness of the help that is out there. It was such an enjoyable day, engaging with these young people and I would like to thank Lizanne, and all the staff and pupils for an enjoyable morning and making me feel welcome.”
The Luton Town Supporters’ Trust are dedicated to supporting the community through a range of initiatives, and it was a pleasure to support Houstone School with its mental health initiative.
