“The reason for me supporting Luton came about when Luton were still in the old 1st Div when there was no Premiership, this must have been about 35 years ago. There were 2 South African’s ( Brain and Mark Stein) from Cape Town, that left South Africa to join Luton. The main reason for them leaving the country to play abroad was because of the old apartheid days. Those were the days of Ray Harford.”
“Since then, supported Luton through thick and thin. We then got points deducted due to mal administration and went down fast and ended up in non-league. The only way for me to follow them was checking on google to look at their progress. Trust you would also appreciate this was not a good journey but for the last 9 years, this is when Nathan Jones joined the club and started their progress. Believe he left at the right time to go to Southampton as Rob Edwards was the right man to lead us back to the Premier League.”
“Been to Kenilworth Road in 2009 and really enjoyed the stadium, our club house at the time was very small, was great to see the photo of Brain Stein on the entrance walls of the stadium. This in a nutshell will give you a good understanding of my loyalty and support for Luton.”
“Just proud that we are now in the Premier league and not naïve to the fact that its going to be a tough year for our boys. Will be coming down to the UK to see at least 1 or 2 Luton games. Lots of my MU and Liverpool supporting friends want to join when we play them. Have also over the years lots of Luton memorabilia incl. my famous bench jacket.”
“Happy and ardent Luton Town fans for life, hence the reason for my lifetime senior membership.”
