Luton Town Supporters’ Trust 100 Plus Club

The purpose of the 100+ club is to raise funds for the Luton Town Supporters’ Trust and various good causes.

50% of the monthly income will be paid out as prizes, with 25% held for Luton Town Supporters’ Trust projects.

The Trust will donate the remaining 25% equally between SoLYD (Supporters of Luton Youth Development) and the Luton Town Supporters’ Charity of the season.

RULES

1. For a cost of £5 per month (i.e., per draw) entrants will be allocated one number and a former or current Luton Town player’s name.
2. There is no maximum number of times a person can enter each month.
3. Payments must be made by PayPal by the 1st of every month. We cannot accept payments by any other method e.g., cash or cheques.
4. The 100+ club is open to members of Luton Town Supporters’ Trust (LTST) over the age of 16.
5. Under no circumstances can entries to the 100+ club be refunded, and all communications will be via email.
6. The prizes will total 50% of the monthly income (net of PayPal fees)
7. This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 30%, 2nd prize of 15% and 3rd prize of 5%
8. Prizes will only be paid out to fully paid-up members of LTST by 1^st of the month of the draw. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their LTST membership is up to date.
9. The draw will be made on the second Monday of the month live on the LTST YouTube channel at 6pm. Entrants will be notified if this needs to change.
10. The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the draw for payment to be made.
11. The players’ names and numbers for each month’s winners will be posted on the LTST website and social media platforms.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be forfeited and placed into LTST funds after six months.
13. The monthly draw will use the random number generator random.org or by such other means as the Promoter deems appropriate. At least 2 members of the LTST Board must be present at the draw.
14. The 100+ club will be administered by a Promoter appointed by the LTST Board. In case of any dispute the decision of the LTST Board is final.
15. The LTST Board may amend or vary the rules of the 100+ club at any time. The rules will be available via the LTST website with any changes being highlighted.
16. Accounts for the 100+ club will be published on LTST website.
17. Luton Town Supporters’ Trust is authorised to run the 100+ club as a Small Society Lottery by Bedford Borough Council under schedule 11 of the Gambling Act 2005. Registration number LOT2180.
