PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IS A LTST BOARD STATEMENT NOT FROM AN INDIVIDUAL BOARD MEMBER
In Oct 25 we communicated the following statement about the appointment of Limak.
“We are reassured – and can reassure you – that the decision was categorically not made by any single individual alone but recommended by the consultants with the executive team and ratified by and unanimously supported by all members of the board.”
We have since learned that the decision may not have had unanimous support from all seven directors in attendance, as we have been advised by Stephen Browne that he abstained in the vote. Although this does not materially affect the decision, we feel it is important to communicate this reported abstention to the members, and apologise for the potential inaccuracy in the original statement.
