The LTST board welcomes the announcement from the Football Club this afternoon regarding the latest step towards Power Court becoming a reality.
The Club has confirmed that a partnership has been agreed with Limak International, a company with a background of delivering world-class sporting venues, to build a state-of-the-art new stadium for our beloved Hatters.
Trust chairman Paul Stephens expressed his delight when hearing the news.
“This represents a major step forward for our Club – every fan will be excited at the idea of taking their seat at our new stadium and now we have a clear path to this historic day, rooting us in the heart of the town while showing real ambition for the future. On behalf of our members, I welcome the Club’s contracting partnership with Limak International – especially one of such pedigree – and I’m sure I speak for all members when I say we can’t wait to see construction work on site.”
All at Luton Town Supporters’ Trust would like to congratulate 2020 Developments on getting to this stage in providing the Club with a new home and our town with the iconic redevelopment that it deserves.
We look forward to following the progress over the coming months as we begin the countdown for our first game at Power Court in the summer of 2028.
