Janice Giddins

The LTST committee are saddened to hear that Janice Giddins recently lost her fight against cancer.

Janice was a Luton Town fan of over 50 years and was regularly seen enjoying watching the Town both at Kenilworth Road and at away matches.

Jan was a member of our social events committee who was deeply involved with the organisation of a number of events each season including the Presentation Evening, a role which her husband Brian has described as ‘a special job’ to her.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to Brian and the rest of Janice’s family and friends at this sad time.

  1. What a lovely lady Janice was, a True Hatter as is the whole family of Mad Hatters including her husband Brian.

She will be sorely missed by everyone at Jenilworth Road amongst the Luton Family and I personally loved her as she ‘said things as they we’re’ and didn’t beat about the bush.

Living in Hemel Hempstead (Hertfordshire) the whole family did their bit in promoting the Hatters in Yellow County (if you know what I mean). Even to the stage of covering their family cars in Luton colours whilst traveling through that town that starts with ‘W’!!

Finally, all us Hatters will get promotion this season as ‘Champions’ and I personally will dedicate this to you Janice ‘God Bless Ur Girl’
