An Evening with Nathan Jones

Luton Town Football Club are in a good place. That was the opinion of manager Nathan Jones when he met the Luton Town Supporters Trust members at the annual ‘Meet the Manager’ evening on Thursday.

Around 150 Trust members were on hand to ask the Town boss their own questions on a wide range of subjects with the Welshman offering honest, jovial and interesting answers as he gave an insight into a number of different things.

Jones was quizzed on topics such as the team formation, the training methods, various players and even himself on what was a very entertaining evening.

The Hatters manager was very open in his response to everything that he was asked. If you would like to read what he was asked and the answers he gave there is a full rundown on the evening on our Twitter feed @lutontownST.

During the evening we ran a raffle which raised £426 for Keech Hospice, the supporters’ charity of the year. A signed matchball was then auctioned which was kindly doubled by Nathan himself to two matchballs along with the offer of a trip to the training ground to meet the squad. This raised a further £200 in total.

We would like to thank Nathan for giving up his time at a busy period of the season. Our thanks also extend to the club for allowing us to stage the event at the Eric Morecambe Suite.
